No. All Anslora plans are month-to-month with no contract required, and you can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?
Overage rates are transparent — $0.35 per call minute and $0.02 per SMS beyond your included minutes. Most contractors get a heads-up when they're approaching their limit so they can add minutes and avoid overages entirely. You can add minutes instantly from your dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you charge per user or per technician?
No. Anslora pricing is per business, not per user. Reception is for solo operators. Business includes unlimited team logins for your office staff and technicians.
