Service Plans
Revenue you can count on, every month.
Sell maintenance plans that bill your customers automatically and put their visits on your calendar — recurring income from the customers you already have.
Set it up once. It runs every cycle.
Four steps to recurring revenue — then it takes care of itself.
Step 1
Create a plan
Name it, set the price, and choose how often it bills and how often it includes a visit. Build a single plan or a whole lineup.
Step 2
Enroll a customer
Your customer starts the plan through a secure Stripe checkout, and their card is charged on your own Stripe account. Anslora takes no percentage — the money is yours.
Step 3
Billing runs itself
Every cycle, the plan bills the customer automatically on its schedule. No invoices to send, no cards to chase.
Step 4
Visits schedule themselves
As each visit comes due, Anslora drops it onto your dispatch board as a job — ready to assign to a tech.
Two schedules, not one.
How often you bill and how often you visit are two separate dials. Bill monthly but visit twice a year. Bill yearly with quarterly visits. Set each one to match the plan you actually want to sell — not whatever a rigid template allows.
Plans that fit how you actually work.
Fixed or unlimited visits
Cap a plan at a set number of visits per period, or offer unlimited — whatever the plan calls for.
As many plans as you want
Build a tiered lineup — a basic plan and a premium one — each with its own price and cadence.
Edit a plan anytime
Adjust a plan's name, price, or schedule whenever your offering changes.
Retire without breaking promises
Archive a plan to pull it from your lineup without canceling anyone already enrolled. Change your offerings without breaking your promises.
Why a service plan changes your year.
A service plan is the closest thing in home service to a paycheck you can count on. It changes how the whole year feels.
Smooth out the seasons
Trade the feast-and-famine of seasonal demand for income that shows up every cycle, busy month or slow.
Stay in front of customers
A plan keeps you in their corner between breakdowns — so when something goes wrong, you're the one they call.
Find the next job
Every maintenance visit is a chance to spot the repair or upgrade that becomes your next invoice.
Common questions about service plans.
Do you take a cut of plan revenue?
No. Anslora charges a flat monthly subscription and takes 0% of your plan revenue. Plan payments run through your own Stripe account and settle to your own bank — we never touch the money. The only fee on a charge is Stripe's standard processing rate.
What if a customer cancels?
You can cancel a customer's plan from the dashboard. Billing stops right away and no further charges are made — the subscription simply ends. There's nothing to reconcile by hand.
Can I offer different plans?
Yes. Create as many plans as you like, each with its own price, billing cadence, and visit cadence — and either a fixed number of visits per period or unlimited visits. Build a simple lineup like Basic and Premium, or a single flagship plan.
How do the visits get scheduled?
Automatically. As each visit comes due on the plan's schedule, Anslora creates it as a job on your dispatch board and calendar, ready to assign to a technician — so the visits a customer paid for never get forgotten.
