Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. During white-glove onboarding, our team imports your existing customers from a CSV, QuickBooks export, or your current CRM. By the time your phone number goes live, your customers are already in the system.
How does the CRM work with QuickBooks?
Anslora syncs customers, estimates, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks Online automatically. When the AI books a job and creates a new customer, that customer is created in QuickBooks too. When you mark an invoice paid in QuickBooks, the payment is reflected in Anslora.
Can my technicians see customer records?
Yes. Each technician gets their own login and can see customer details for the jobs assigned to them — including service history, equipment, and the AI-written notes from the original call. They can't see other techs' jobs or customers, and they can't modify customer records.
