Will my customers get spammed?

No. The promotional texts — reviews, follow-ups, thank-yous, and service alerts — only go to customers who've opted in, and if several are due for one customer, Anslora batches them into a single message. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out instantly. The goal is a few well-timed texts customers welcome, not a stream of noise.

Can I turn any of these off?

Yes. Every automation can be switched on or off in Settings, so you run only the ones you want. A couple have built-in guardrails on top of that: review requests also need your Google review link added in Settings, and promotional texts always require customer opt-in. You're never sending something you didn't turn on.

Do the texts come from my number?

Yes. The texts come from your business's Anslora phone number — the same line your customers already call — and every message is in your business's name, so it's clear who it's from.

What happens when a customer replies STOP?

STOP and START are handled automatically — reply STOP and they're opted out instantly, with the opt-out logged to your records; reply START and they're back in. Any other reply isn't lost: it lands in that customer's thread on their record and you get a heads-up, so you can answer it yourself.
