1. Service Description

Anslora ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered phone answering and messaging platform for home service businesses. The Service answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, sends SMS follow-ups, and provides a real-time dashboard to our business customers ("Business Customers"). The Service is operated by Qualserv Enterprises, Inc.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business communications. You may not use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited marketing messages (spam).
  • Transmit illegal, threatening, or harassing content.
  • Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA guidelines, or other applicable regulations.
  • Misrepresent your identity or business.
  • Send messages to recipients who have not provided proper consent or who have opted out.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

Anslora operates the Anslora SMS Notifications program. By providing your phone number to a Business Customer that uses Anslora, you consent to receive SMS text messages from that Business Customer sent through the Anslora platform as part of this program. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and status messages
  • Responses to your inquiries
  • Follow-up messages related to your service
  • Review requests after a completed service
  • Quote follow-ups for estimates you requested
  • Other transactional communications related to your business relationship with the Business Customer

Messages are sent on behalf of the Business Customer you contacted, not by Anslora directly. Anslora is the technology platform the Business Customer uses to communicate with you.

Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions. Typically 1-5 messages per service interaction.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. Once you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from any business using the Anslora platform.

Supported Carriers: SMS is supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS messages.

No Sale of Mobile Data: Anslora does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS message data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered in tiered plans with separate feature and usage pricing. Current pricing is available at anslora.com. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Usage overages are billed monthly in arrears.

6. Business Customer Responsibilities

If you are a Business Customer using Anslora to communicate with your customers, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained proper consent from each individual you communicate with via the Service, in compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and any applicable state laws.
  • You will honor opt-out requests (STOP) immediately and will not re-contact opted-out individuals.
  • You will not use the Service to send messages to third-party purchased lists, scraped lists, or any list where consent provenance cannot be demonstrated.
  • You will only use the Service to communicate with individuals who have an existing business relationship with you.
  • You will accurately identify your business in messages sent via the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anslora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these representations.

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated responses are provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be inaccurate. Business Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI interactions and final service delivery.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anslora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue from missed calls, inaccurate AI responses, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Business Customers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
