Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Overview
Anslora ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered phone answering and messaging platform operated by Qualserv Enterprises, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you interact with the Anslora platform — either as a business customer (a "Business Customer") or as a person who contacts a business that uses Anslora (a "Consumer").
2. Our Role
For Business Customers, Anslora is the "controller" of your account data — we determine how we collect and use it to provide the Service.
For Consumers who contact a Business Customer, Anslora acts as the "processor" — we handle your personal information on the Business Customer's behalf, under their direction, and only for the purposes they engaged us to fulfill. The Business Customer is the controller of your data.
3. Information We Collect from Business Customers
When you register as a Business Customer, we collect:
- Business name and contact information
- Owner name, email, and phone number
- Industry and business details (hours, services)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)
- Usage data (calls handled, messages sent, plan tier)
- Integration credentials you authorize (e.g., Google Calendar OAuth tokens)
- Accounting records synced with QuickBooks Online, if you choose to connect it — including your customers, estimates, invoices, and payments
4. Phone Numbers and SMS Communications
How We Collect Your Phone Number
If you contact a Business Customer that uses Anslora, your phone number may be collected in one of two ways:
- Automatically captured from the inbound phone call you placed to the Business Customer
- Provided verbally by you during a conversation with the Business Customer's AI receptionist
When the AI captures your number, it discloses that text messages will follow and provides an opt-out mechanism (replying STOP) at the time of collection.
How We Use Your Phone Number
We use your phone number solely to enable the Business Customer you contacted to communicate with you. Specific uses include:
- Sending appointment confirmations and reminders
- Responding to your inquiries via SMS or follow-up calls
- Sending service updates related to your specific job
- Requesting reviews after a completed service
- Following up on quotes or estimates you requested
- Notifying the Business Customer's owner when you call
No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or SMS message content with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose, except:
- With the Business Customer you contacted (they are the owner of the customer relationship with you)
- With service providers strictly necessary to deliver, process, or store messages — for example Twilio for SMS transmission, Retell AI and Deepgram for voice processing and transcription, and Anthropic for automated interpretation of inbound message text — and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function
- When required by law, court order, or other legal process
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Business Customer (for example, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Anslora does not charge you for receiving messages.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, your phone number will be flagged across the Anslora platform and no Business Customer using Anslora will be able to send you SMS messages until you opt back in. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@anslora.com.
5. Call Recordings and Transcripts
Phone calls placed to Business Customers using Anslora are recorded and transcribed for the purposes of (a) providing AI-generated responses during the call, (b) generating call summaries and follow-up actions, and (c) maintaining a consent audit trail for SMS communications. Within the Anslora dashboard, recordings and transcripts are visible only to the Business Customer you called and to authorized Anslora personnel, enforced by account-level and role-based access controls. Recordings are additionally stored by our voice and telephony providers, where access is governed by their systems rather than ours; recordings created before August 2026 may be retrievable by anyone holding their direct media link, and we are working through that backlog.
6. Data Retention
We retain phone numbers, message history, call recordings, and transcripts for the life of the Business Customer's account and thereafter as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and evidence consent. We do not currently operate fixed retention windows, and data is not automatically deleted when an account closes. Call recordings and transcripts are additionally held by our voice provider under their own retention terms.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting the Business Customer directly or by emailing privacy@anslora.com. Deletion requests are handled manually today. We will tell you what we can remove from our own systems, and what copies are held by the telephony and AI providers listed in Section 10, which are governed by their retention terms rather than ours.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and webhook signature verification. Payment data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor; Anslora does not store credit card information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP)
- Object to certain processing
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@anslora.com. Requests are handled manually; we do not offer self-service access, export, or deletion tools today. Where data is held by a third-party provider on our behalf, our ability to delete it is limited by that provider's capabilities and terms.
9. Children
Anslora's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect phone numbers or other personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at privacy@anslora.com and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Services
Anslora integrates with third-party services to deliver the Service, including Twilio (SMS and voice transmission), Retell AI (voice AI, call recording and transcription), Deepgram (speech-to-text transcription of call recordings), Anthropic (automated interpretation of inbound message content and of equipment photographs you or your technician upload), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Calendar (scheduling), Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting sync), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each operates under their own privacy policy. We only share with these providers the data strictly necessary for them to perform their function on our behalf.
AI processing of your content. Two providers process content rather than merely transmitting it. Retell AI and Deepgram receive call audio in order to operate the AI receptionist and to produce transcripts. Anthropic receives the text of inbound SMS messages, so the Service can recognise replies such as an appointment cancellation, and receives photographs of service equipment, so the Service can read make, model, and serial details from the image. This processing is used only to deliver these features. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent this data.
QuickBooks Online integration. If you are a Business Customer who connects your QuickBooks Online account, Anslora syncs your customer, estimate, invoice, and payment records between Anslora and QuickBooks Online so your bookkeeping stays current. We access and use QuickBooks data solely to provide this synchronization feature to you. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising, do not sell or rent it, and do not share it with any party other than Intuit and the service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your Anslora settings, which stops further syncing.
Google Calendar: If you connect your Google Calendar, Anslora accesses your calendar data solely to provide scheduling features, and only in the narrowest way needed: we read your free/busy availability and the list of your calendars to offer open appointment slots to callers, and we create, update, or cancel the calendar events for appointments booked through Anslora. We never read the contents of your calendar events — no titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations of events we didn't create. Anslora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell or rent it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or as required by law. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your Settings page, which revokes our access; you can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
11. Google User Data & Limited Use
Anslora's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Anslora accesses your Google Calendar solely to check availability and to create, update, or delete appointment events you or your AI receptionist book. Google user data is never used to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models — ours or any third party's — and is never sold or transferred except as needed to provide these features.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered Business Customers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
