Sync you don't have to babysit.
The whole point is fewer things on your plate — so the sync is built to handle its own hiccups.
Retries never duplicate
Every record Anslora sends to QuickBooks carries an idempotency key, so if a sync retries, it updates the same record instead of creating a second one.
Failed syncs retry themselves
If a sync doesn't go through, it's queued and retried automatically — nothing quietly falls on the floor.
Status you can see
Each invoice shows its current sync status. Anything that still needs attention can be re-synced with one click.
Common questions about QuickBooks sync.
Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?
No. Anslora connects to QuickBooks Online. If your books live in QuickBooks Desktop, the sync won't apply — you'd need a QuickBooks Online subscription to use it.
What syncs to QuickBooks?
Customers, estimates (including whether they were accepted or declined), and invoices with their line items all push to QuickBooks Online. Payments sync both ways — a payment in Anslora is recorded in QuickBooks, and a payment recorded in QuickBooks shows back in Anslora. Your QuickBooks item catalog is pulled into Anslora so your estimates use your own items. Payroll, timesheets, and inventory aren't part of the sync.
What happens if a sync fails?
Nothing is lost. Failed syncs are queued and retried automatically, and each invoice shows its current sync status. If something still needs attention, you can re-sync it with one click — and because every sync is idempotent, retrying never creates a duplicate record.
